Welcome to my world of sweets, nostalgia, and exploration. From declaring myself an artist at three to my obsession with ice cream in fourth grade, my journey is a blend of cherished Midwest experiences and memories from Flushing, New York. Walking hand in hand with my Korean grandma, indulging in rice cakes, and ordering mango lassis at my Dad’s Indian restaurant were defining moments. When I tasted 'Mango Lassi Mochi Ice Cream,' it epitomized my multicultural upbringing, sparking a culinary epiphany. This led me to adopt a 'third culture' approach to ingredient sourcing and pairing, deepening my understanding of global ingredients, their stories, and my own identity.
